Let's Make Your Reservation!

You are just a few clicks away from making reservations for a wonderful vacation home, 5 minutes drive from the Walt Disney World resort! We have tried to keep the process as simple as possible. Once you have given us your arrival date, number of nights, and type of property you require, we'll take care of the rest! Planning a vacation is supposed to be fun and straight forward!

As you are entering the information please be sure to include an e-mail address, fax number or mailing address. We have information that you will need about your confirm reservation. Your credit card will not be processed instantly, all on-line reservations are double checked by our office before your credit card is processed.

On the next page you'll be asked for your arrival date, and the number of nights you'll be staying with us. From there we'll check the availability to see what type of homes we have available and availability and the average nightly rate will be displayed.  From there simply select the number of each type of home you want to reserve, enter the number of guests, and your e-mail address to start the reservation process.

Please keep in mind that on-line reservations need to be placed at least 48 hours prior to your arrival with us to ensure we have time to forward your important check-in details to you.

Check Rates and Availability...

On the next page you can enter your arrival date and number of nights. The next page will show the types of homes available for your dates and the average nightly rate, before the 13% taxes are added. Once you've got the average nightly rate you can multiply it by the number of nights and add the taxes for your total. Alternatively you can proceed one step further in the process to get the total for the stay before taxes. You will be asked for an e-mail address at this point, but it will not be saved unless you make the reservation and we need it to send your confirmation. Remember that we have a 4 night minimum so entering a number of nights less than that will show no availability.
