We have designed our reservations procedure to be as simple as possible. We want you to have all the information you need, right here at your finger tips. The information here is designed to guide you through this process. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Checking for availability: You can check availability by calling us directly at 1-888-INNFORM, 1-888-466-3676 or 407-932-2058. Have your arrival date, departure date, and house requirements ready to speed up your call. You can also check availability on-line. Follow the instructions to check availability and get a rate quote. Alternatively you can check availability by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org*.
Please note a reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received. In cases where the reservation is made less than 28 days prior to arrival full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Confirming an on-line reservation: Pre-payment is required on all reservations. You can confirm a reservation directly on-line. Reservations made on-line more than 28 days prior to arrival require a 15% deposit to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Final payment is due 28 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time of reservation.
Confirming reservations by telephone or mail: Pre-payment is required on all reservations. Reservations made more than 28 days prior your arrival require a $200 deposit to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, US Dollar check, US Dollar Money Order or Travelers Check in US Dollars. Final payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
For reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time of reservation.
To confirm your reservations by telephone please call 1-888-INNFORM, 1-888-466-3676 or 407-932-2058. If you prefer you can mail a completed Reservations Form with the appropriate credit card authorization. If you are paying by check or money order mail your payment along with a completed the reservations form to our offices.
Once your payment has been received a confirmation will be sent to you.
Once Final Payment Has Been Made:
Once final payment has been received a Guest Statement will be e-mailed or mailed to you with your confirmation along with a package containing your travel arrangements. The package contains maps and directions to your home along with check-in procedures for key collection. For last minute reservations your travel details will be e-mailed to you. Please note; the property address provided to you is not an active mailing address.
Reservations not paid in full 21 days prior to arrival are subject to cancellation. In these cases the full deposit will be lost.
ezpay option: It’s like layaway for your vacation! Simply pay the $200 deposit at the time of reservation and make payments for your vacation as and when you want to! You decide how much to pay. You decide when you are going to pay it! As you make payments we’ll keep sending you updated Guest Statements showing the total payments you’ve made and the balance remaining. The only requirement is that all the payments are received before the deadline for final payment, 28 days prior to arrival.
Payments: Payment can be made in US Dollars by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Please make checks payable to: InnHouse Vacation Rentals. Personal checks will only be accepted if drawn on a US Bank and will not be accepted less than 21 days prior to arrival. Please mail all correspondence to our office address.
