What Is a Vacation Home?

If you have never rented a vacation home you may be wondering just what a vacation home is. Vacation homes offer a great alternative to a hotel room or a condo. Our vacation rental homes are completely detached houses with full size pools and a two car garage. All our homes are located approximately five minutes drive from the Walt Disney World resort and are perfectly located to visit the area's many other attractions. We do not have homes all the way out on US 27. Each home is fully furnished with everything you could need on your vacation including all the towels and bed linens, cookware, dishware, and all importantly a washer and dryer! No need to pack extra clothes! The homes are professionally cleaned ready for your arrival and you don't have to worry about cleaning the house when you leave, we do that after your departure. It's your home away from home so there's no need to play that vacation game where you rush out to breakfast so you can rush back before the maid arrives. In fact, there's no need to go out for breakfast at all, you have your own full size kitchen! There are no unwelcome intrusions, but maid service is available as an option, should you require it.  Remember having to get all dressed up just to go and get a simple couple of coffee? It's a thing of the past. Relax, and plan your day.

Our homes are designed for self catering vacations and offer exceptional freedom for our guests. No huge parking lots to drag all your cases across, you can just pull onto the driveway or into your own garage. Our homes are not timeshare so you will not be constantly harassed by sales people or have to sit though hours of sales pitches. A small complementary supply of garbage bags, toilet tissue, and hand soap is provided for your arrival. All additional supplies are your responsibility.
