We Love Our Snowbirds!
Snowbirds is the affectionate term that
 we
here in Florida use for our
friends from up north who come down to Florida in the winter for a month or more.
Escape the winter chill. We have some great monthly rates for the winter
months. So pack your bags
and come on down to Orlando. Come enjoy our wonderful weather, year
round golf, great shopping, and excellent restaurants. At InnHouse
have the perfect home for you to spend all or part of your winter in. Our
spacious homes are perfect for your extended stay and our excellent
locations mean that you are close to everything. We make renting easy.
All utilities are included in our pricing, as is pool care, pest
control, and lawn care. All you pay for are your long distance calls and
the pool heating if you want it. Pool heating is available on a daily
basis with a four day minimum, so you don't have to pay for it for your
whole stay, just the time you need it. And you can let us know about
that when you are down here. Our offices are right here in the area so
if you should run into a problem you are not on your own.
Orlando is a wonderful city to live in. It's a great place to do nothing
at all but if you want things to do we have plenty of them. Of course we have all the theme
parks with their wonderful shows and great opportunities for people
watching!
But if you only think of theme parks when you think
of Orlando we
 have a lot more in store for you, and
our homes
are the perfect place to begin your exploration.
Beyond the theme parks
Orlando is home to over 150 golf courses, 800 tennis courts, unique
restaurants (more than 4,300 restaurants in total), excellent shopping,
the Orlando Magic basketball team, exciting evening attractions, swaying
palm trees, spectacular sunsets, friendly people, great weather, and a
relaxed resort atmosphere. Orlando is all this and more. Constantly
changing and endlessly fascinating. There’s always something new to
discover.
Although off the path most tourists take through
Orlando, there
 are a number of unique, smaller attractions such as the
Orlando Historical Center, Orlando Museum of Art, the Orlando Science
Center and the Harry P. Leu Gardens, to name but a few. Winter Park with
it's quaint shopping and famous annual Art Festival is just a few
minutes away. Winter Park is also home to the Morse Museum with its
wonderful collection of Tiffany glass. Also within the local area is
Mount Dora, a beautifully quaint town with a world famous Art Festival.
Orlando is also home to the
natural beauty of the Wekiwa Springs State Park. We are only 60 minutes
from the Atlantic coast beaches and 90 minutes from the white sand
beaches of the Gulf coast.

only to snowbirds. Our special monthly rates are valid for the winter
months, but exclude dates around Christmas, the New Year, and Easter.
Should you require extra nights, they are available at 1/28th of the
monthly rate.
