We Love Our Snowbirds!
Snowbirds is the affectionate term we here in Florida use for our
friends ho come down to Florida for the winter season. If you are
looking to spend a month or more in the Florida sunshine we at InnHouse
have the perfect home. We have some really affordable monthly rates for
the winter months. Our friendly and knowledgeable reservations staff are
right here in Orlando so you are never on your own, plus our full
maintenance staff are on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly

are perfect for your extended stay and our excellent locations mean that

At InnHouse we make a season rental
easy. You don't have to worry about a thing during your stay. We'll take
care of cleaning the swimming pool, the pest control, and maintaining
the yard. And we are only a phone call away if you need us. All the
utilities are included in our pricing, the only thing you'll need to pay
for are your long distance calls and the pool heating, if you want it.
Pool heating is available on a daily basis with a four day minimum, so
you don't have to pay for it for your whole stay. Our offices are right
here in the area so you can let us know if and when you want the pool
heating on when you are down here.
We have a lot of seasonal guests who come back to us year after year and
the number keeps growing, so make your plans early. Prime dates are going fast for 2010. Our special monthly rates are valid for the winter
months, but exclude dates around Christmas and the New Year, and Easter.
Should you require extra nights, they are available at 1/28th of the
monthly rate. Call us and ask about our Special Monthly Rates available
only to snowbirds.
 Still
not convinced that you'll find enough to do?
Orlando is a wonderful city to live in. It's a great place to do nothing
at all but if you want things to do we have plenty of them. Of course we have all the theme
parks with their wonderful shows and great opportunities for people
watching!
But if you only think of theme parks when you think
of Orlando we have a lot more in store for you, and
our homes
are the perfect place to begin your exploration.
Beyond the theme parks
Orlando is home to over 150 golf courses, 800 tennis courts, unique
restaurants (more than 4,300 restaurants in total), excellent shopping,
the Orlando Magic basketball team, exciting evening attractions, swaying
palm trees, spectacular sunsets, friendly people, great weather, and a
relaxed resort atmosphere. Orlando is all this and more. Constantly
changing and endlessly fascinating. There’s always something new to
discover.
Although off the path most tourists take through
Orlando, there are a number of unique,
 smaller attractions such as the
Orlando Historical Center, Orlando Museum of Art, the Orlando Science
Center and the Harry P. Leu Gardens, to name but a few. Winter Park with
it's quaint shopping and famous annual Art Festival is just a few
minutes away. Winter Park is also home to the Morse Museum with its
wonderful collection of Tiffany glass. Also within the local area is
Mount Dora, a beautifully quaint town with a world famous Art Festival.
Orlando is also home to the
natural beauty of the Wekiwa Springs State Park. We are only 60 minutes
from the Atlantic coast beaches and 90 minutes from the white sand
beaches of the Gulf coast.
