What Size Home Do We Need? Occupancies
And The Size Of Beds
Our homes are rented by the house not by the number of guests so there
are no minimum guest requirements. For the comfort and safety of our
guests we adhere to the regulations of the Fire Marshall and
occupational license department for the maximum
number of guests in each house. Each bedroom is designed to accommodate
two guests, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the house that can sleep an
additional two guests. The maximum occupancy of the home can be
calculated by multiplying the number of bedrooms by two and adding two.
Based on the configuration of the beds in each room you may require a
house with an additional bedroom, based on the composition of your
party.
