Locations... Our homes are located less than a FIVE minute drive from the Walt Disney World resort, which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and Downtown Disney. SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica are TEN minutes drive away. Universal Orlando resort, which includes Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk is just FIFTEEN minutes drive away. Whether you want to explore the theme parks and attractions, play a round of golf, go shopping, visit museums and art galleries, dine at one of the many restaurants or just relax by the pool, the homes are the perfect place to stay. Of course, location is not the only advantage of an InnHouse vacation home.

Comfort...

The moment you walk through the door you'll feel right at home. Open, spacious floorplans create an environment that is light, bright, and welcoming. Forget living in the box of a, slightly institutional, hotel room, this is a totally different experience! At InnHouse our vacation homes are beautifully furnished to reflect the relaxed spirit of the Sunshine State and come with all the comforts of home.

Each home has a comfortable and spacious living room with TV and DVD player, a formal dining area and a full size eat in kitchen. The full size, eat in kitchen comes with all appliances including a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, a full size oven and range, dishwasher, waste disposal, and of course a coffee maker! The kitchen also has a complete set of china, silverware, and glassware. Cookware and small appliances are also included. Homes are available with two bedrooms (sleeps 6), three bedrooms (sleeps 8), four bedrooms (sleeps 10) or five (sleeps 12) bedrooms. All bed linens and towels are also included.

Each home also has a wired high speed internet connection, telephone, washer and dryer, iron, and of course air conditioning!

We did save the best for last. Each home has its' very own private swimming pool, an amenity that you wont find at any hotel, condominium, timeshare or townhouse! The pools are approximately 15 feet by 30 feet and are set in a fully screened patio area. The mesh pool screening keeps the debris out of the pool but still allows the sun right through. Pool furniture and pool towels are also provided. There is ample parking at each house, with a large driveway and two-car garage. From the spacious floorplans and the stylish interiors, to the exceptional standards of housekeeping, our attention to detail is evident everywhere.

Value...

Our vacation homes are exceptional value. For less than the cost of a hotel bedroom and bathroom you can rent an entire house with a minimum of 2 bedrooms, plus two full size bathrooms, a full size kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry facilities, two car garage, and your very own private swimming pool right in the backyard. The rates for a 2 bedroom house with pool start at just $89 per night, the 3 bedrooms start at $99, 4 bedrooms $115, and the 5 bedrooms $200. These are not just teaser rates. All the rates are per house not per person. Great rates on great homes, in great locations backed up by a great company!

Service...

Our reservations and support staff are right here in Orlando and know each and every house that we rent. We have refined our reservations process to make it as simple and effective as possible. We endeavor to get a confirmation sent to you within 24 hours of reservation. We'll send you turn by turn directions and detailed check-in information. By listening to our guests we have refined these to make them as easy as possible. We offer payment methods that include Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, check, money orders, and cashiers checks. We offer payment options that include an automatic payment option, when the final payment is due and a popular ezPay plan, a virtual layaway for your vacation.

We also have a full guest services program that can assist you with everything from the opening hours of the theme parks and local information, to discount attraction tickets and directions. When you make your reservation with InnHouse you are not alone.
